I am the Chief Operating Officer at ECHO India, a nonprofit organization that aims to scale up capacity in healthcare, education, and environment in India. Our motto is to "move knowledge not people". I have over 30 years of experience in the corporate sector, where I developed core competencies in team building, organizational strengthening, delivery focus, mentoring leadership team, key account management, and stakeholder relationship management.I transitioned to the social sector in 2020, after completing the India Leaders for Social Sector (ILSS) program, which ignited my passion for social change and equipped me with the skills and knowledge to make a difference. At ECHO India, I lead the strategic direction and execution of the organization's vision, working with a dynamic and diverse team that collaborates with more than government and private partners across the country. Through the ECHO model, we deliver regular virtual mentoring sessions to thousands of healthcare professionals and frontline workers and professionals across sectors such Education, water, Livelihood and in over 20 focus areas, aiming at moving knowledge, not people, and empowering them to provide quality care and services to their communities. I am proud to be part of this innovative and impactful initiative that is transforming lives and creating a positive social impact.
