It involves development activities like mapping and testing. Weekly generation of Team’s performance reports and shares same with management. Preparing Error Audit report and reporting the same to Manager.Handling Manual and automated Trade Processing for all the trades on Geneva. Working  with Development teams for Onboarding the client and resolving client issue with  Support teams. Mentor and train the new joiners in the process with productive training plans.
