• Providing level 1 & 2 Support to Lexel Clients which includes 2Degrees, TRG Imaging, Icebreaker, Barkers, Postie+, Pagani Fashion etc.• Maintain Network connectivity, check, and assign technician to repair faults.• User administration (setup and maintaining account in Active Directory, Office365, GSuite).• System maintenances, disk cleanups to increase the speed.• Quickly arrange repair for hardware in occasion of hardware failure, monitor system performance.• Create a backup and recovery over cloud, monitor network communication.• Update system as soon as new version of OS and application software comes out.• Implement the policies for the use of the computer system and network, setup security policies for users. • Set up and Manage Windows Server, File, Email, Exchange Server and monitor the data flow.• Provide technical support over the call or in person.

Responsibilities:• First point of contact over calls listening to the customers regarding their system related issue, troubleshoot, install, configure and update all the Dell supported software.• Helping Dell technicians/Customers over call to solve their job and system related queries.• Documenting the entire software (installation of software and Operating System) and hardware (LAN, printer) troubleshooting done on the Service CRM before wrapping the call.• Solve the technical issues related to systems and processes over the calls or generate tickets for hardware repair.• Resolve the raised tickets or escalate them to the next level within the time frame.• Provide assistance to the other teams/departments when required in order to solve the tickets on time.• Pitching the customers for the upselling of available upgrades by providing them with the quotes.• Keeping log of all the calls.
