• Managing the Overheads for all Countries within APAC • Ensures the regional VPs are equipped and their teams with the adequate level of information and co-piloting for their fixed costs.• Owns and implements a transparent, forward-looking, zero-based forecasting / planning for Overheads investment in the region to ensure we deliver our productivity targets and make the investments necessary to accelerate our capabilities to deliver 2020 R&A ambition.• Owns the Overheads monitoring / processes / systems in the region, working directly with all the markets and Segment Hub team.• Leading the Overheads Transformation project for APAC• Directly co-pilots decisions re: capability / project investments in Overheads, aligned with Regional CFO

Worked closely with Brand Franchise Heads and MSO Teams to support them with monthly brand performance reports, brands competitor performance reports, providing them insights and key findings on the markets for their business review meetings.To develop various tools for analyzing the country brand and therapy area performance on various KPIs.Worked closely with the ALCON's APAC- Business Planning and Analysis Team and supported them by developing the Regional Financial reports, Actual and Combined Sales reports, Asia Sales Forecast reports on weekly basis etc.
