As the Quality and Training Manager at Allied Surveyors Scotland, I oversee the support and professional development of our surveyors and maintain relationships with our lender/panel managers. I have a passion for surveying and a mission to share my knowledge, enthusiasm and experience with the next generation of surveyors. In addition to my current role, I serve as a board member of RICS Scotland, an ambassador of LionHeart RICS, and an RICS Inspire Ambassador. I have won the RICS Young Surveyor of the Year Award in the Valuation Category and I am a champion of diversity and inclusion in the surveying profession. I have a special interest in historic building conservation and rural properties, and I enjoy sharing my day-to-day work and love of property on Instagram as #SurveyorKev.
