Experience on multiple audits in IT General Controls (ITGC) covering Manage Access, Manage Change and Manage IT Operations, testing of IT Application controls (ITAC) & testing Information Provided by Entity (IPE) and conducted ITGC Audits on Security and Access controls such as General System security settings, Password settings, User Access creation, modification, deletion & User Access review, Change management, Data backup and recovery, IT operations and Segregation of duties. Also performed Internal Audits with respect to Unified Compliance Framework covering ISO 27001:2022 standards, BCMS and Data privacy frameworks as well and experience in SOC 1 & SOC 2 Auditing with proven track of evaluating and enhancing organization controls based on ICFR and the trust services criteria. Conducted multiple Audit Trail and Backup testing for IT Applications under guidelines issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA).
