• Check the KPI of Modernization sites on Daily Basis.• Analysis of Accessibility, Retainbility , Access Failure Rate, Traffic ,SD-Drop, TCH-Drop, SD Blocking, TCH Blocking, CSSR & HOSR on day to day Basis. . • Looking for SWAP activity for 2G ,new rollout for 3G.• Providing new site plans for creating the sites.• Providing the solutions for problem in creation new site like RNW Plan.• Involved in 3G WCDMA HSDPA Network validation, optimization and performance monitoring by detailed analysis of call events (Soft handover Failure, RACH Error, PS Access failure and Radio Bearer Setup Failure etc.) by analyzing Layer 3 messages, CPICH RSCP, CPICH Eb/No, Ec/Io, UTRA RSSI, UE Tx Power, BLER, Power control, Cell Parameters and neighbor list. Generating change request for making hardware and parameter Changes.• Optimization of the 3G to 2G, 3G to 3G neighbor relations, consistently check on UTRAN cell Parameters, 2G to 3G cell reselection and handover parameters and Pilot Pollution & 3G-2G Border cells analysis.• Radio Network optimization by monitoring Network Reports and KPI statistics.• Maintaining the N/W KPIs within the preferred benchmark• Fine tuning frequency plan, radio hardware to improve network quality & KPIs.S• Daily Analysis of Network performance statistics (KPI) e.g. Handover Statistics, Drop Statistics,• Neighboring list optimization, their reasons and take necessary action.• Frequency Planning- BCCH, BSIC, HSN, MAL, MAIO Lists.
