-LINCS (Lawful Identification National Compliance System) is a case management system designed exclusively for Customer. LINCS contains all relevant information necessary to process a legal request for getting subscriber information. The system identifies subscriber and provides necessary information on the subscriber through their IP Address, Subscriber address, Subscriber Email and their voice call detail records and through their account information. Due to the nature of the business functionality, system must ensure that the data presented is 100% accurate and system availability is maintained all the time. The request for subscriber information is placed through Service Now portal front end and necessary information is provided though the micro services in back end which call various downstream systems consisting of REST and SOAP services.
