Working on building the credit card platform. Building API's to streamline brands issue credit cards to their customers.

* Engineer on the ML platform team helping data scientists with tools and services to develop, train and deploy the models at scale. Models are trained in spark clusters, hosted in ml flow and real time inference are provided with grpc API. Stateful Features are computed real time with Apache Flink Jobs.

● Building a compute environment for low latency prediction serving system using services running on kubernetes orchestrated clusters. Services communicate using grpc protocol and uses envoy for load balancing. ● Helped onboard GPU based models, xgboost based models, tensorflow based models, pyspark based models. ● Working on building a virtual data set service using partiQL.

● Worked with AWS IOT. A new initiative of AWS which helps devices to connect to the cloud and ingest their data into other AWS services such as Kinesis etc. I have been working on a service which manages the state of the devices in the cloud. The services bridges the gap between devices and applications and helps in syncing their state. I am exposed to technologies such as ELB, EC2, Cloud Formation, Code Deploy and others as a part of this project.

● Worked on setting up a data warehouse (Amazon Redshift Service) from scratch for a team. Prepared a real time reporting tool leveraging the big scale of the data handled by Redshift. Educated the team on how to use Redshift. Selected proper distribution key and sort key. Wrote SQL queries and integrated it with the code base to generate the report on the fly.

This part of the career has yielded the best learning curve for me. I learnt all about search engine marketing and social marketing. I was in a team called market place who i responsible for pulling data from various search engines and syncing it with our database. This enabled me to learn about various APIs and writing optimal code in python. I also had a chance to work on SGE ( a Distributed resource management system) .

I did my 6 month intern at chronus . I was exposed to ruby on rails framework during this period. I was responsible for integrating a high level testing frame work called cucumber. Also I had a chance to work on performance monitoring products like monit and god. I was also exposed to controlling the ec2 instances and s3 buckets here.
