Assisting the executive/ manager on daily operation of credit control section. Maintaining departmental reports/ records/ statical data for administrative and audit purposes. To follow up via phone, letters and field visit (when necessary) of corporate and insurance accounts for the collection and debt recovery. Ensure reminders issued to defaulted cash patient, corporation and insurance clients. Ensure the statement of account of corporation and insurance is generated and sent out on monthly basis.Generate report of inpatient balance inward listing and follow up for top-up deposit.  Follow up on delinquency account and meet up patient when necessary. In-charges on creating the debtor code for new corporate and insurance client and circulate the information to the respective department. Ensure positive & effective communication with other departments in the hospital and all inquiries are entertained and response with reasonable time frame. Attending patient who are not able to make payment upon discharges and to inform the department manager/ division head for further action and follow-up. Ensure that health, safety & security regulation are adhered to all times and report any faults or suspicious activities immediately to relevant departments. Maintain confidentiality of information handle in the course of duty. Able to accept and perform any duties that maybe requested by the management.
