 Drive compliance with ORMF across business, through engagement with 2LOD and Compliance stakeholders and acting as subject matter experts for the function Design and implement a robust Risk & Control Governance Structure for the function and report accurately and in a timely fashion to all relevant forums Lead the stakeholder engagement for Risk, Governance & Control activities for the teams in Bangalore and Manila representing partners 1st line of defense Design and implement a KRI process and tool for the function/teams to enable Risk Profile measurement against appetite Apply the highest standards of controls, risk management practices and behaviors to embed a positive risk and control culture by demonstrating prudence, sound judgment, appropriate and timely escalations to senior management on the applicable risks Work closely with internal functional teams such as Global Security, Info security, Compliance, Audit etc. to deliver cohesive and effective cross functional working and delivery Evaluate the risk and controls documented by the business and effectively perform the reviews and recommend improvement areas Ensure Risk management in all operational activity is applied appropriately, such that risk to the group is recognized, mitigated and managed accordingly and in line with governance and ensuring coordination between the 3 lines of defense for the associated business risks Managing external/internal audits by being the single point of contact for India & Manila operations and ensuring audit readiness Perform periodic management attestation on the effective operation of the supplier’s risk and compliance policy and practices, this includes Compliance attestation, Contract checklist which are conducted/requested by the bank Leading the Records Management Audits for respective entities in line with Data Privacy and Information Privacy policy

 Handling a team of 20 associates to ensure deliverables are executed. Accountable for daily operations in the department Ensure goals and management performance standards achieved Ensure qualitative and quantitative standards are met, ensuring accurate and timely resolutions  Analysis of the weekly/monthly production reports in order to take steps for bridging any gaps related to production/client requirements Provide suggestions and implement suggestions to enhance performance, policies, procedures and company objectives Ability to analyze large amount of data from diverse sources daily to deliver recommendations and results Manage team portfolio to ensure all assets are being worked. Perform periodic audits to ensure standards are being met. Identify process breakdowns and offer corrective suggestions Implementing management policies and directives Motivate and inspire team members Managing Operations and staff training and to assure that the team members have the necessary education and training  Initiate sub-groups or sub-teams as appropriate to resolve issues and perform tasks in parallel Work with functional managers to obtain necessary resources to support the team's requirements Liaison to Administration, attends management meetings weekly Conduct weekly Team Meetings and provide status reporting of team activities against SLAs Responsible for Associates and team member development & appraisals.  High degree of judgment to resolve all customer related Queries and complaints

 Internal-External client management. Implement training programs and courses to fulfill learning objectives. Analyze employee performance through interviews, focus groups, observation and work on product analysis. Recommend training programs, job aids and other performance improvement interventions based on assessment results. Maintain and update information and courses up to date basis change in the process. Conduct timely audits and necessary evaluations as designed and required. Responsible for defined training conversion results and managing retention during training. Consistent alignment with operations by auditing calls, understanding needs, conducting refreshers.  Demonstrating innovation in training by carrying floor requirement into classroom training.  Drive initiatives to add value to the function and customer.  Contributes to process improvements and innovation in the training function.  Conducts Need analysis and share feedback with stake holders. Evolution/ Implementation and roll out of Training SOPs(Including OJT & Non OJT SOPs) and TNI/TNA New Hire Training Management Trainer Evaluations Transition trainings (Desk Documentation Procedures, Process Flow Charts).
