• Managing multi-million dollar projects across Asia regions for UOB Global Markets • Managing cost, efforts of various interface systems and in-house team (Developers, testers, SAs and BAs). During this period, we have developed in-house Order Execution Management System (OEMS) for products FX (ON/TN, SPOT, FORWARD, SWAP and NDF), Equity (covering 56 markets incl algo trading) and Bonds/Fixed Income instruments (covering 21 markets). . Experience of Murex platform, Bloomberg terminal SSOX & TOMS and EMSX, Triple A Plus (TAP) and FinIQ Order Management. • Review FSD and prepare Project Plan for ongoing projects, covering business needs of various functions such as Private Banking, Wealth Management, Commercial Banking, Retail Banking and their clients. Writing & testing functional and non-functional test cases and preparing Performance & Load balancer testing and executing. • Working with business users for Users Acceptance Testing (UAT) and sign off. • Work closely with counterparts in Product Management to align on the vision, program backlog, and roadmap. • Conducting daily scrum meeting and Scrum retrospective meeting / grooming the Product Back- log items. • Manage the client review and sign-off process for the suite of functional documents and artefact.
