I am a Social Worker from Uttar Pradesh ,India with over 8 years of  contribution in  program implementation, eradication of  different forms of child slavery, forced labour , combating  human trafficking , Ending gender based violence, Enrolling out of school  children with schools  and linking children and their adult family members with social protection schemes.I have Bachelor’s and Master’s in Social Work with specialization in Labour Welfare.Worked as State Coordinator Uttar Pradesh with Noble Peace Laureate Shri Kailash Satyarthi’s Organization, Bachpan Bachaao Aandolan and with support of small team contributed for children / women protection in collaboration with State Legal Services Authority, State Commission for Protection of Child Rights, Department of Women and children development, Police,NGOs .In my previous assignment with Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia National Law University/UNICEF project, I have worked in various child care institutions handling cases of children in conflict with law and Children in Need of Care and Protection by activating District/Block/Ward/Village level child protection committee in Mirzapur and Sonbhadra districts of Vindhyachal division .Throughout my professional experiences, I have acquired skills in program management, government linkages, team building, partnership building, budget management, knowledge management, drive for results, meeting deadlines, creating instrumental framework, working in multi-cultural team and volunteer management.Achievements- 1) Facilitated 61 physical capacity building workshops on child center legislations  at district/ state level as resource person and sensitized 3200 child protection stakeholders .2) Advocated and shared policy based  recommendations on which 5  state level campaigns were  launched under esteemed guidance of UP State Commission for Protection of Child Rights,  Additional Director General of Police -  WCSO , ADG – Government Railway Police across 75 districts of Uttar Pradesh which results in freedom of 10023 children engaged  in  different forms of child labour ,begging, trafficked and facilitating in their economic, social and educational rehabilitation.3) Collaborated with department of Women Child Development Uttar Pradesh and distributed Covid-19 medical relief kits to 52 CCIs across 32 districts of Uttar Pradesh .4) Member in Uttar Pradesh State level Advisory Committee for Ending all forms of violence against children,5) Developed pool of 42 NGOs partners and engaged 500 volunteers from colleges/ Universities.
