Ensure timely delivery of material as per production plan.Maintain & monitoring of stock sheet.Making Purchase Order in SAP.Ensuring no line stoppage due to shortage of parts.Planning & maintaining the deliveries as per production schedules.Vendor development.Communicating plans and schedule supplier.To maintain complete, up-to-date and correct records.Managing & Ensuring raw material availability at vendor end.Following up with vendors for obtaining timely procurement of materials at favorable terms to ensure smooth manufacturing operations.Maintain schedule v/s adherence data.Maintaining daily stock report.Releasing supply schedules (Quarterly and Monthly) to Vendors to ensure on time deliveries.Co-ordination with the Production Planning & Logistics to ensure smooth supply chain.Checking and updating the daily receiving of material.
