They need to identify and resolve any performance issues ornetwork outages promptly.● Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve network-related problems reported by end-users or detected throughmonitoring tools. This may involve diagnosing connectivity issues, network hardware failures, or misconfigurations.● Network Installation and Configuration: Assist in the installation, setup, and configuration of networking equipment,such as switches, routers, access points, and firewalls. They may also help with network cabling and ensure properconnectivity.● Network Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as firmware upgrades, patch management, and regularbackups, to ensure network security and stability.● User Support: Provide technical support to end-users regarding network-related issues, which may includetroubleshooting connectivity problems, assisting with Wi-Fi connections, and resolving network access permissions.● On-boarding & Decommission: Network Level Engineers perform On-boarding & decommission of devices in theirrespective tools to monitor in the environment.● Collaboration: Work closely with other IT teams, such as system administrators, to ensure seamless integration ofnetwork services with other IT systems.● Client Coordination: Coordinate with network equipment vendors for technical support, warranty claims, and hardwarereplacements.

Worked as a team member in network support for a leading healthcare client in their data center environment to maintain and support for ensuring the SLA(service level agreement) is satisfied within timeline for respective categories.● Responsible for handling, maintaining, monitoring, trouble-shooting network issues, providing support for servers in thenetwork and establishing proper communication links.● Working under Change task management, acquire approval from clients to implement the network change.● Validate High and Low level Incidents according to the priority levels and trouble-shoot.● Work on Server build as per the client requirement for the inner environment to provide additional support to thenetwork infrastructure.● Responsible for providing a complete build sheet for the new build servers and updating on the server build process tomaintain proper data on the infrastructure.● Handling Tech-Bridges to troubleshoot high priority incidents.
