As a Food and Beverage specialist, I contribute to the success of the hotel's F&B operations by providing excellent service, sales and presentation skills. I have been working in this role for over ten years, and I have consistently received positive feedback from guests and managers for my professionalism, efficiency, and enthusiasm.I have a passion for baking and pastry arts, which I developed and honed at Sekolah Tinggi Pariwisata Bandung (NHI), where I obtained two degrees in this field. I also have a strong background in sales and marketing, which I leverage to promote the hotel's F&B products and services, and to increase customer loyalty and retention. I am always eager to learn new techniques, trends, and best practices in the F&B industry, and to apply them to my work.
