Ensure monitoring and reporting on implementation of all administrative policies set by the management. Also draft the administrative polices as and when required.Exercise control over the supervisor of the outsourced agencies for administrative agenciesAct as the administrative eyes and ears of the management to ensure that the image of ISGEC is maintained.Monitor, check, analyze and report on all administrative expendituresMonitor, check and report on all repair, maintenanceMaintain discipline and report on attendance of all employeesLiaison with government offices at State level for electric, telecommunication, water, municipal and statutory compliancesVendor ManagementVendors contract management,Contract renewals, negotations, minimum wages revisions, cost saving initiatives.Conduct inspections and forward report on the following:-(a)Administrative inspection of Branches to include hygiene / cleanliness, security, complaints ,compliances, performance of Security staff and compiling all administrative documents.(b) Surprise checks on Security persons in night.(c) Supervise day to day activities i.e housekeeping, Horticulture, Security etc.
