• The Site Manager is responsible for maintaining the efficiencies, professionalism, and deportment of security officers at DP World Vancouver and DP World Fraser Surrey Docks.• Ensuring regular and consistent officer evaluation, mentoring, training is completed and documented• Liaises with Operations Manager to ensure site-specific requirements are maintained, site adjustments/changes are promptly implemented.• Ensures all officers working extra coverages are properly briefed and understand roles and responsibilities •Frequent liaison, coordination, and communication with C3 are also necessary to ensure proper site coverage and incident/emergency response integrity.• Supports DP World Vancouver clientele in day to day operations• Assists Westguard Operations Coordinator, and Westguard billing departments in scheduling/invoicing as needed.• Assists in site security audit in accordance with Transport Canada Regulations. • Conducting security drills and training exercises.

Providing excellent customer service, making sure premises are safe. Responding to alrams and dealing with problems related to site security. CCTV Monitoring, Foot patrol and deescalating issues that might lead to arguments and fights. Taking care of people on drug making sure they are okay, providing medical attention if required.

Working Part-Time at Zara Richmond, providing best customer service to all the customers. Authorizing payments for all returns and exchanges that require managerial attention.

Preparing orders and taking orders at cash till. Making sure customer leave the restaurant with a smile on their face and happy about the food. Preparing orders in given time and also making sure that all food items are safe are being stored for specific amount of time and trown away once past due time. Cleanliness of the restaurants was one of the biggest responsibilities.

Providing security service and customer service at various sites such as hotels, residential buildings and construction sites. Making the safety sure of all the customers, clients and the property.

Worked for Grassroots fund raising, raising funds for non-profit organizations such as Red Cross, BC cancer society etc. Providing best possible knowledge about the organizations to people and bring them to sign up for donations. Making sure people feel satisfied before they sign up for donations. “Best Job Experience” Learned alot of skills from this job.
