Designed, Developed, tested, documented user manuals for the following features in Teradata.Multi Level PPI : Partitioning primary indexes in multiple levels provide more performance for Range queries by providing more granularity of partitioning. Plan Directives: Plan Directives is a potential technology to provide short-term workarounds for Teradata optimizer related performance problems and ultimately improve the optimizer. Responsible for requirement collection, high level design and development of this feature for V2R6.1.Also, responsible for some enhancements to the optimizer, partitioned Primary Indexes etc.

● Technical Team Leader and responsible for release of DataBlitz 5.0 from requirements to customer training on new features.● Interacted with customers to get the requirements and done the feasibility analysis.● Design architect for 5.0 features Satellite CPU Replication and Multiple Schema Feature, Deadlock Detection.● Coordinated the work between geographically separated teams in India and USA.● Supported Customers with their problems in developing the applications using DataBlitz RelAPI, ODBC, SQL and fixed the problems found in DataBlitz. ● Prepared the material and provided customer training on the new features at customer’s site in Chicago.● Developed brochures, marketing material & proposals and made presentations to get new clients.● Active member of the Process Improvement group in trying to achieve SEI CMM.
