I learned the importance of pushing these parts through five rigorous steps to ensure they meet the highest standards of performance. This experience has been instrumental in my career development, enhancing my understanding of precision testing and quality control in the automotive industry.2. TAMILNADU STATE TRANSPORT CORPORATION (TNSTC)During my training as a Graduate Engineering Trainee (GET) at Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation (TNSTC), I gained comprehensive insights into various aspects of bus maintenance and operations. My key learnings include: Maintenance Procedures: I learned about the systematic four-step maintenance process, carried out on a weekly and monthly basis, ensuring the buses’ quality and long-term durability. Refurbishment for Fitness Certification: I understood the process of preparing buses for refurbishment, allowing them to meet fitness requirements and maintain their operational readiness. Body Building: I gained hands-on knowledge of how buses are restructured with new bodies to enhance performance and comfort, ensuring they can operate efficiently for years. Fuel and Mileage Management: I learned how fuel management is critical to engine performance, optimizing fuel consumption based on mileage, and ensuring the buses perform at their best.Throughout this period, I had the opportunity to collaborate with supportive engineers and received recognition for my performance during meetings, which further enhanced my understanding of the automobile industry. This experience was invaluable to my career growth, providing me with a solid foundation in vehicle maintenance and management.3. HYUNDIA WIAI have been working as an Assembly Operator at Hyundai Wia for over 9 months, where I gained hands-on experience with a critical automotive component: the Constant Velocity (CV) Joint. The CV joint is a vital mechanical coupling that transmits rotational power to the wheel at varying angles.In my role, I learned the entire assembly process of the CV joint, which involves six stages of machine operations using a conveyor system and five machines to ensure precision and accuracy at each step. I followed a rigorous process to ensure no mistakes were made and that each CV joint was fully assembled according to the specified standards.I am now seeking new opportunities to further grow my skills and contribute my experience to a dynamic organization.
