The transition from a senior designer to a team lead in the pandemic-induced shift to remote work was filled with challenges. Yet, with determination & fortitude, I faced these challenges head-on. Leveraging the guidance of my design directors & collaborative spirit of my peers, I embraced the opportunity for growth and development. Today, I’m proud to have played a key role in the success of both my team & our clients, even in the face of adversity.▪ Led product design efforts for KoineArth for their [markets]N product specializing in digital supply chain solutions, including audit trail, product passport, vendor groups, marketplace, IoT tracking, and smart contracts, on both responsive web platforms and mobile applications.▪ Led conversational and UI design efforts for WhatsApp, assisting numerous customers in transitioning their businesses online during the challenging pandemic times.▪ Led product design efforts for Verizon for their Cloud backup apps. This involved a detailed audit of their existing apps, conceptualizing innovative solutions, building a design system for the apps & extensive usability tests. ▪ Currently leading product design efforts for Verizon, with other global designers, for a one-stop-shop API developer portal, overseeing the core API creators and documentation portals. This project also involves building & managing a design system for the developer portal.▪ I also spearheaded ad-hoc projects such as RemChannel's Executive Dashboard, Ausper's Micro-savings App for Women, and Talent500's Recruitment App, often collaborating with various team members concurrently while also leading other long-term projects.

I began my journey at Twist Open UX as a senior designer, offering design consultation to clients spanning diverse domains. Within this role, I collaborated closely with my design directors, assuming pivotal roles in numerous projects.▪ Conducted extensive user research across multiple projects to uncover customer pain points, gaps, and needs. Noteworthy projects include the development of the BookMyBai scheduler app for underprivileged household help workers and the enhancement of Google's language selector UI on their free WiFi app for Indian railway consumers. Both of these projects were done with regional language users and helped me design for digital immigrants with little to no tech background.▪ Produced conceptual wireframes and meticulously crafted user interfaces for both desktop and mobile platforms. Generated visual design screens in adherence to client brand guidelines, catering to organizations such as Gram Vikas, WorkFridge, Fragma Data, Pencil, Old Mutual, and KoineArth.▪ Conceptualized intricate data visualizations for esteemed clients like Crayon Data, RemChannel (financial data), Izeal Healthcare (women's menstrual health data), and Sumeru (website attacks-related data).▪Conducted audits of various digital products to identify usability issues impacting user experience, and proposed potential remedies to clients including Cisco, Eventerprise, Candela Labs, and Azim Premji University.

During my tenure at Kobster, I served as the sole UX designer, collaborating closely with the co-founders and a 10-member technology team to redesign existing internal web apps and an end-customer facing e-commerce web application.▪️ Conducted user research to understand the pain points, gaps, and needs of customers.▪️ Redesigned the Kobster Elite app based on the requirements identified from the research.▪️ Created the first-ever mobile designs for the Kobster Elite app in line with market demand. ▪️ Collaborated closely with devs, providing required assets to ensure smooth development.▪ Collaborated with internal teams to enhance the existing experience in tools for the Customer Relationship Mgmt team, Finance team, Supply Chain Mgmt team & Catalog team.

During my tenure with the UX team at BNY Mellon, I underwent intensive UX training for a period of 6 months. As an entry-level usability analyst, my responsibilities encompassed a range of tasks aimed at enhancing user experience on their investment banking products.▪️ Collaborated with senior designers in conceptualizing and presenting new UI solutions.▪ Replaced ineffective UI elements based on insights from usage analytics reports.▪ Made user interface copy changes based on recommendations from users.
