Job description :• Making work instructions for all processes (bulk inspection, extraction and needle detection).• Ensure that in each process work instructions (bulk inspection, extraction and needle detection) are made.• Ensuring that the production process that is carried out is in accordance with work instructions and control plans.• Provides check lists / check sheets & samples (from bulk inspection, extraction and needle detection processes) for each model and process step.• Requesting approval from the customer for the limit sample that has been made & storing & verifying the sample / limit sample that is derived at each stage of the process in accordance with the procedures that have been determined.• Placing garment cheker in the process of bulk inspection, extraction and needle detection in accordance with the abilities / competencies of each garment checker.• Oversee and control the performance of subordinates in accordance with their authority and responsibilities.• Make a check list of bulk inspection, extraction and needle detection processes as a record of the results of inspections to the computer to be reported to superiors.• Follow up problems that arise by coordinating with relevant sections.• Schedule a garment checker placement in the team to be placed in each process.• Following up on problems for determining product status (NG) in accordance with applicable standards (Japanese Standards)• Control the check list made by the garment checker and verify with the instruction sheet (conformity of dimensions, appearance, measurement, etc.)• Control the implementation of work and the work of garment checkers.• Ensuring the target given by the superior is achieved and making a report if the target is not achieved• Provide and or make a report if there is a customer complaint in accordance with existing reporting standards.
