- Build purchasing procedure system.- Find several suppliers for raw materials(chemicals), tools, consumables, machine, Inventory, Office Supllies, & safety.- Analyze & discuss with GM to decide qty of raw materials to order.- Compare the price & TOP with several suppliers.- Monitoring raw material international market price.- Negotiate Price & TOP.- Release PO to local supplier and import.- Follow up items to ensure the delivery on schedule.- Do import procedure.- Do a survey visit new suppliers.- Do buying on the spot.- Make monthly report for whole items that already bought esp raw materials.- Report daily to owner the job progress.- Make a time line for schedule raw material order.- Make a graph line price of raw materials.- Discuss with finance department for payment.

- Get a price from supplier (whether local or import)- Quote pricing to sales as a standard budget- Negotiate price- Raise PO to supplier - Arrange schedule payment and coordinate with finance team- Follow up item especially import item- Coordinate with team EXIM about schedule release ite

- Sourcing the item that user needs.- Re-confirm to user again if the item isn't clear.- Coordinate with our cost control division to get the budget price.- Find another supplier to find item and compare the price- Negotiate the price & term of payment.- Ensure the price that have been negotiated still in our budget.- Make weekly report for each project expense.- Make PO using open ERP system and send to supplier.- Ensure our supplier to deliver on time/ on schedule.

- Note all the requirement that sites needs for and I reported to my leader to get response from him. - Buy some spare part and materials for generator set.- Make a translation English to Indonesia or vice versa.- Insert the list of maintenance and reported to the client.- Control the stocks of our stuff that relates to our product.- Ask the expedition and each site our leader operator whether the materials that I sent are already received or not.- Make monthly report for the outcome sparepart of genset and send it to Director.
