- Organize technical support for meetings/activities and fund management including preparing concepts, implementations, and reports on PPM at the provincial level.- Advocating and coordinating with local governments, professional organizations/KOPI TB, health care associations, BPJS K, big chain hospitals/pharmacies/laboratories, etc. for provincial-level policy support and funding.- Carry out the functions of capacity building, monitoring, mentoring, coordination, and supervision of PPM implementation in districts/cities and/or health facilities.- Conduct data analysis on a regular basis (monthly, quarterly, semester) at the provincial level to monitor achievements, identify challenges, and formulate strategy/intervention proposals, as well as provide feedback to districts/cities.- Facilitating inter-district/city PPM networks (mechanism of cross-border TB service networks) in the provinces.- Facilitating the implementation of PPM in all districts/cities in the province, including in the districts/cities without additional PPM staff (backstop function).- Prepare monthly and/or quarterly/annual reports on the achievement of PPM indicators and TO PPM performance to the Provincial Health Office and the Ministry of Health (Cq ISPA TBC Working Team).

- Facilitate strong coordination and communication between the HIV Program and Pharmacy at the District for managing HIV commodities.- Facilitate regular coordination meetings between the HIV Program manager and Pharmacy Program Officers to discuss the progress of the HIV Program; provide recommendations and assure that the meeting results in concrete action points that will be followed up.- Assist the DHO in analyzing stock availability of Rapid Test Kits (RTKs), ARV, TLD and Viral Load (VL) tests at district and health facility level to allow a smooth implementation of the HIV Program.- Help DHO to monitor and manage the HIV ARV decentralization.- Help DHO to track and monitor the supply chain for VL testing in Lab Facilities and GenXpert sites, including the GenXpert utilization rate.- Manage stock information and data for HIV commodities in Districts and its facilities and help to prepare the necessary documents for the ordering and requisition process.- Provide support and mentoring for MMD, TLD and Viral Load implementation and scale up at DHO and health facilities.- Support DHO in collecting HIV logistics data from all health facilities and coordinate with health facilities and other stakeholders to ensure the timely submission of logistics data reports.- Develop a performance report to track timeliness and accuracy of reporting from Health facilities.- Provide feedback/recommendations for improving HIV logistics data quality and reliability.- Work closely with the GHSC-PSM M&E Team to develop reports related project indicators and a monitoring system.- Foster relationships and communication between relevant government stakeholders, as well as GHSC-PSM team.- Support the GHSC-PSM country team in managing other tasks as and when required.- Prepare presentations and represent the project as and when required.

- Organizing technical support for meetings/activities and managing funds including preparing concepts, implementations, and reports on PPM.- Conduct advocacy and coordination with local governments, professional organizations/KOPI TB, health facilities associations, BPJS K, big chain hospitals/pharmacies/laboratories, etc. for policy and funding support.- Perform gap analysis and develop plans related to PPM.- Identify health facilities in their area.- Carry out the functions of capacity building, monitoring, mentoring, coordinating, and supervising the implementation of PPM at the health facilities level.- Conduct regular data analysis to monitor achievements, identify challenges and formulate proposed strategies/interventions, as well as provide feedback to health facilities.- Make visits to health facilities to carry out engagement, follow-up, and maintenance functions in terms of recording and reporting, medication adherence, treatment success, and internal and external TB networks.- Make a report on the achievement of PPM indicators and TO PPM performance monthly and/or quarterly to the District/City Health Office and a copy to the TB Sub-Directorate.
