• In the initiation phase, create project charter, perform technical and economic feasibility study, define project scope statement and specify technical requirement. Prepare capital expenditure application (CAPEX) for new facility projects and operational expenditure application (OPEX) for existing facility upgrade or maintenance related projects. • In the planning phase, develop work breakdown structure (WBS), project cost estimation, soil investigation, engage technical consultancy, develop detail design, project scope of work, project schedule, work method, project risk management and project management plan.• Prepare tender document and conduct project tendering process with procurement team.
