* Support day-to-day unit operation and coordinated resolution of technical issues in the polypropylene units. *Responsible for daily and long-term process monitoring and optimization activities to improve the efficiency and operation of the units.* Provided technical expertise to identify and overcome barriers in achieving daily production, quality, and reliability objectives.* Lead continuous improvement efforts by implementing and managing MOCs for the unit to improve operational performance and safety.*Responsible for the chemical, catalyst, and additives management process; creating annual consumption projections, updating BOMs, tracking consumption trends, and outlining delivery schedules to maintain minimum inventories.

Role/Responsibilities:*Pre-commissioning, Commissioning and operation of Polypropylene plant, slurry phase, licensed by Chevron Phillips Chemicals Company*DCS graphics implementation, modification of abnormalities *Perform troubleshooting and drive problem resolution *Process Study – Review of P&ID, Operating Manuals & Interlocks.*Operation and troubleshooting of Extruder and its downstream (Coperion systems)*Maintaining of feed stocks and base resins through SAP module.
