As a lecturer in the agribusiness program at a vocational school, coupled with a passion for research, I am dedicated to driving excellence in rural development and economic empowerment. My journey in academia has been shaped by a profound commitment to equipping students with the knowledge and skills needed to thrive in the dynamic field of agribusiness, while conducting impactful research in areas crucial to community advancement.Prior to my role in academia, I served as a facilitator and project officer at several NGOs specializing in agriculture and education for more than 5 years. These invaluable experiences provided me with firsthand insights into the challenges and opportunities facing rural communities and grassroots initiatives, as well as the transformative power of education in driving sustainable change.In my current role, I am privileged to engage in both teaching and research endeavors that directly contribute to the advancement of rural development initiatives. Through innovative pedagogy and rigorous scholarly inquiry, I strive to empower students to become proactive agents of change in their respective communities.I am deeply passionate about fostering interdisciplinary collaborations and forging partnerships that transcend traditional boundaries.
