Program Sekolah Penggerak (Mover School program) is a national strategic program of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology, Indonesia, aiming to realize Indonesia's vision of education reform which focuses on developing studentlearning outcomes holistically through the six Pancasila Student Profiles. As a facilitator, we provide guidance to principals, teachers, and school supervisors/inspectors to develop student-centered schools with the following details:a. training Learning Committee members at the Learning Committee Training;b. facilitating workshops for principals and teachers;c. facilitating workshops for school supervisors/inspectors;d. supporting principals and teachers in the implementation process of the Merdeka Curriculume. encouraging school supervisors/inspectors, principals, and teachers to initiate a practitioner community as a platform for learning and collective reflection;f. monitoring the progress of coaching and the learning development of the learning committee;g. facilitating reflections for educational units and end-of-year reflections;h. facilitating operational management task force forums at the school level;i. playing an active role in stakeholder forum meetings;j. enhancing personal capacity through strengthening activities with the Directorate General of Teachers and Education Personnel, Teacher Training and Education Development Center (PPPPTK), and Local Education Quality Assurance Agency (LPPKSPS).

The TVET programme included: Institutional strengthening, Curriculum development, Teacher training and Infrastructure development. The programme was coordinated by the Project management office (PMO) hosted by Bogor Agricultural University (IPB) in collaboration with Nuffic Nesso; Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology - Indonesia; and tapped into Dutch expertise in knowledge institutes in green education (Wageningen University and Research/ WUR). It involved two vocational high school namely SMKN 2 Subang and SMKN 5 Jember as pilot models, which will be scaled out to other SMKNs. The support of the green vocational education (VET) system in Indonesia is based on the request of the Indonesian Government to the Government of the Netherlands.

• Responsible as liaison officer of Better Rice Initiative Asia (BRIA) Project in Jember District, East Java• Engaged and maintained partnerships with related stakeholders both public (Department of Agriculture, extension officer, the local university, local breeder, etc) and private companies (mainly BASF as project partner)• Supervised four BRIA Coordinators in terms of field activities such as Farmer Field School and farmer data collection • Along with BRIA Coordinators, conducted 68 rice GAP field schools and 16 nutrition trainings• Initiated some activities in cooperation with local stakeholders, such as student internship and student field trip of Jember University, TOT of agriculture extension officer, workshop of crop protection officer, farmers gathering, connecting BRIA farmers with local seed grower, etc.

Design and implementing capacity building for Coconut Farmers Empowerment Program (CEFP), do monitoring and evaluation activities for training result implementation to the beneficiaries (farmers), and maintain and manage network with partner of the program such as local agriculture extension, local ministry of agriculture, Cargill, and Syngenta

(1) Taught 4th grade of elementary school at SDN 57 Ketam Putih: 23 students; all subject except sports and religions,(2) Persuaded principal and 7 teachers to improve school standards: initiated green schools program; 3 students became finalist of national children conference (Konferensi Anak 2014 “Aksi Kecil Hidup Bersih” by Bobo, Indonesian Road Safety Childeren Colloquium by Global Road Safety Patnership Indonesia, Konferensi Penulis Cilik Indonesia by Ministry of Education and Culture Indonesia),(3) Established extracurricular activities such as gardening, students librarian, drawing class, and 3R’s class (students’ reading, writing, and arithmetic skills improved),(4) Formulated first parents’ and school members’ meeting; involvement level of parents increased, 30 out of 127 parents became active in school committee meetings and projects (initiated Bank Sampah 57 –trash bank– with local government), (5) Colaborated with Department of Education of Bengkalis to boost education quality in the regency, i.e: Held Teacher Training “Education Sharing Program” with 108 participants of elementary schools’ teacher and principal; Formulated and organized training for 16 teachers of Bengkalis Mengajar –local education movement in Bengkalis; Organized semifinal of Olimpiade Sains Kuark –national olympic science– colaborated with students senat of Politeknik Negeri Bengkalis; participated by 200 students of elementary school
