To date, I have collected over six years of working experience in real sector, in PT. Asuransi Astra Buana, a subsidiary of Astra International Tbk, one of the largest conglomerate in Indonesia, supporting the Distribution Division Head, in coordinating over 33 branches around Indonesia. Outside of formal working experience in banking and real sector, i developed my informal skills in graphic design, website building, team building trainings and audio video editing skill to support my formal work. The ultimate goal in enriching my academic and non academic skills is to build a broad perspective in multiple industry as well as multiple field. Thus increasing the ability to work effectively as well as efficiently coordinating the team in resource constrained working conditions. After experiencing a significant loss in stock market during 2008 crisis, I jump ship from real sector to the finance world to understand finance further. I believe that finance is the core in every businesses, which means that I can have broader options in determining my future instead of being stuck in one industry. In Investment banking, I have collected four years working experience in Fidelitas Capital, a boutique Investment banking advisory based in Singapore and Jakarta. I have been involved in various transaction in multiple sectors.Aside of real sector and banking exposure , I also have an exposure in several start up situations such as being part of the founding team in Avatar Global Limited in 2012, and being one of the team in Asuransi Astra's Agency development team in 2006.
