➢ Thoroughly analyze chatbot specifications to develop a comprehensive testing strategy aligned with projectgoals.➢ Validate chatbot responses against prompts to ensure accurate understanding and appropriate reactions tovarious user inputs.➢ Validate chatbot responses by cross-referencing them with the data provided by the database team, ensuringaccuracy and synchronization.➢ Test the chatbot across different devices, browsers, and operating systems to ensure consistent performanceand user experience.➢ Identify and verify how the chatbot handles errors, providing meaningful responses and maintaining stabilityeven in unexpected situations.
