A person with over a decade of banking and finance experience. Currently solving customers' day-to-day problems by designing customer-centric innovative Products/Services for better CX and UX through user research, new-age technology, and design thinking. I enjoy spending time with others. It gives me great pleasure to connect with them deeply, understand their problems, and assist them. As I began my career as a banker, I realized that I am a curious person who enjoys problem-solving. Because I came from the business side, it was difficult for me to understand 'How does the banking system work?' Curiosity and an open mind aided me in this experiment. Many opportunities came my way with the same curiosity, and I was eager to learn more by challenging myself. I never looked back after that. I keep on adding new skills while working in this techno banking segment. Played different roles such as Business Analyst, Business Architect, Solution Architect, Business Owner, Business Process Management Consultant, Business Strategy & Technology Consulting allowed me to gain more experience and knowledge in the banking industry. Looking back, I consider myself fortunate to have had the opportunity to learn about both the business and technological aspects of banking. I have a lot of energy when it comes to coming up with creative solutions and working closely with my team. And now I'm concentrating on solving customers' problems by creating customer-centric innovative products and services in order to create a better UX(User Experience). These products and services are the results of extensive research into User research,new-age technology, and innovation through design thinking.
