Current•Leading and managing technology system capital projects in life safety systems and Healthcare Solutions like CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion, Nurse Call Systems, RTLS, and other patient care systems.•Oversee complete project scope, including tender review, bidding, and estimating, contract writing and review, planning and implementation processes including design, labor management, construction, procurement, billing, communication, and client services. •Demonstrate a track record of delivering high-value projects (>$5M) on time and budget.•Proven Proficiency in effectively managing planning, design, and construction technology system projects simultaneously.•Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire staff, build a safe team environment fostering trust and respect, and supervise team members while providing direction to staff, contractors, and consultants. •Demonstrate attention to detail and ability to identify, plan, organize, prioritize, and implement projects promptly in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities. •Possesses business acumen and analytical skills to anticipate financial and business requirements and ensure effective use of resources. •Strong organizational, interpersonal, customer service and relations, communication, and facilitation skills to develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders. •Lead stakeholder engagement sessions to gather the user requirements based on future workflows and operational procedures (such as type/number of users, integration points, workflows, etc) to inform procurement and system selections. •Lead the design and implementation of process improvement activities (including documentation, future-state design, and implementation planning/delivery) and manage the transition process from planning to implementation and sustainment.•Drive engagement and excitement for Innovation portfolio projects for key stakeholder groups through engagement communication activities.
