During my tenure at ISRO, I have had the privilege of leading and managing multi-disciplinary projects of national and international significance, encompassing core technology, technical infrastructure, energy utilities, software & design projects. From concept to completion, I have spearheaded predictive, adaptive and hybrid complex engineering projects, ensuring their successful delivery within approved budgets and schedules and with a focus on on-time completion.My core competencies lie in project management, where I have demonstrated exceptional skills in critical thinking, strategic planning., problem-solving, leadership, financial and commercial analysis. I have a proven track record of effectively managing all aspects of projects, from planning and initiation to execution, monitoring, and delivery. Additionally, my experience extends to stakeholder management, risk, contract management, quality control, and coordination with government/private officials, ensuring seamless collaboration and achieving project objectives.Furthermore, my academic background in Engineering, complemented by ongoing doctoral research at IIT Hyderabad, provides me with a solid foundation for handling the given task critically and achieving its intended objectives.
