Pittsburgh Home Renovation and Addition (under construction), - Designer of a modern interior renovation and 400-square foot addition to a traditional tudor-style home. Cobble Hill Brownstone Residence (under construction)- In conjunction with architectural firm MUNYC. Production of all drawings for a complete gut renovation of a 4,000-square foot, four-story brownstone. - I directly assist award-winning architectural lighting designer Gary Gordon with lighting schemes by specifying the best lighting equipment that is fully-integrated, cost-effective, and energy conscious. - I prepare and finalize all drawings, including plans, control diagrams, and load schedules.- I provide lighting calculations using the lighting program Visual 3d. - I assist in coordinating critical onsite light focusing with the electrician, construction manager, and client in the final stage of construction. Residential Renovations, New Building Construction and Retail Prototyping - Worked closely with the Project Architect to design an exclusive and unique timber construction club house in upstate NY. Responsible for all construction drawings and construction administration. - Designed and expedited two new construction Hamptons homes from schematic design to construction documents.- Hand sketched sections and details at a very early stage in the design process promoting a cohesive architecture within the project.

Commercial and Residential Renovations, Prototyping and Product Design- Oversaw all architectural projects and managed expectations of the client with a team of four Project Architects- Collaborated with numerous trades and their techniques promoting hands-on experience with materials and building methods in a fast-paced environment. - Assisted in the initial design packages promoting the Low Line to the NYC MTA.- Lead designer of a high-end hen house for NYC chickens.
