In my current work, which is in preparation phase for publication, I introduce the importance of electrostatics as a main age-driven decision making force for determination of kinetics in RNA translation.

Performed published (first author) experimental work offered a new more careful perspective on scientific interpretation of biostatistical data.Being one of the first most comprehensive studies of this kind on the so called "specialised ribosomes" we could show that consideration of a broader spectrum of ages and tissues dismisses some less conservative degree of speciality on the protein architecture of mammalian ribosomes. Thus, leads the focus of a potential ribosome-driven specificity more towards the ribosomal RNA.

Working as a tutor of "Berufsfelderkundung" that aimed to the medical students meant yearly organization of various classes and coordinating weekly events between and among more than 1600 senior members of the medical profession of various fields, and around 400 young junior students in the first and second semester of medicine.

During the short internship I was tasked with possible reasoning behind lethality in mutated C57BL/6 mice that lacked the Panx3 gene. As a result, I was acknowledged in the following paper for my structural-based suggestions on Panx2 takeover in absence of Panx3.

Manufacturing of double mutants using Burkholderia glumae PG4 strain

In this work, I examined the dynamic of the Leu- and Phe-tRNA synthesis in two different strains of Escherichia coli, which underwent protein overexpression. The aim was to gain a better understanding of bacterial proteolytic degradation and half-life of proteins that are tagged with leucine and phenylalanine at their N-terminus (N- end rule pathway).
