-Maintain and update all employee benefit information in HRIS system including employee benefit eligibility, deductions, dependents, status changes, new enrollments and terminations for 350+ employees.-Administer a multi-faceted Non-Qualified plan for highly compensated employees, collaborating with attorneys and communicating directly with company executives.-Facilitate annual benefit open enrollment process by collaborating with outside benefits broker to design, develop and deliver WebEx and on-site meeting presentations for employees outlining benefit specifics including 150+ field-based employees. -Administer 401(k) program to include overall plan administration and compliance for IDQ employees partnering with third party administrator and communicating changes, deferrals etc.-Process monthly benefit vendor billing and enrollments; ensuring that invoices are correct and employee deductions are being made accurately and timely through HRIS system.-Educate employees about IDQ’s benefit plans and Employee Assistance Program (EAP), including answering questions and resolving employee issues with benefit vendors as appropriate. -Partner with third party vendor to manage employee leaves of absence including notifying employees of their rights and eligibility under FMLA, short and long-term disability, worker’s compensation and flex compensation.-Serve as a member of the IDQ Wellness Committee, which includes coordinating employee wellness programs with outside wellness vendor and creating employee communications. -Manage third party COBRA administrator ensuring all terminated IDQ employees receive required notices in a timely manner. -Serve as benefit liaison to Workers Compensation administrator, maintaining a basic knowledge and understanding of process and procedure requirements.-Assist in the planning and facilitation of employee events such as the annual company picnic and “Bring Your Kids to Work Day”.
