Operations Associate
Current- Operations Associate (part-time) for small HR services firm. Provide administrative and operations support for entire team.
- Assist with developing and maintaining regulatory processes, operations policies and growth strategies
- Write and edit communications for clients, create training materials and edit business proposals
- Conduct and analyze quarterly reviews of existing procedures using data from various software systems to maximize efficiency, client satisfaction and best practices
- Research, develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures which improve day to day operations, compliance, business processes and workflow and train employees on these procedures
- Perform multiple aspects of employee relations including hiring, conflict resolution and records management to build a strong team and positive work environment
