All Matters relating to Rates recoveries and sundry debtor Accounts on behalf of GCCC. Assisted with the collection of overdue receivable accounts and Outstanding rates and charges, in accordance with Council's Rates Recovery and Accounts receivable policies, procedures and guidelines. I was required to conduct all business transactions in an ethical, friendly, efficient and professional manner. Provided high quality customer service, with an awareness to treat highly highly confidential information with complete discretion. Updated data bases with outcomes. Processed routine correspondence and conduct searches using varied Council management systems, such as Grange, Citipac, Licencing, Veda, FCS, ispot etc

Responsible for all aspects of recruiting and managing a Team, to conduct the enumeration of all households and non-private dwellings in my designated Area - approx 4000 Dwellings. Receive Forms, manuals, Maps - which included initial review of each property and confirm location | boundaries. Provide updates in the On-line ABS Census Field Portal.Ensure daily support to my team, including checking all assessments and record books were filled out accurately and in accordance with the manuals and tools provided to them. I was also responsible for all training sessions, provide email updates and accompany Collectors in the field to supervise their competency and to assist with any issues they encountered during the enumeration of their respective areas.Receive all bulk materials and be responsible for the collation, quality assurance checks and safe storage of highly sensitive materials, prior to final delivery to the ABS.Handed over at end of Contract with no followups required.
