HR Responsibilities:• Process weekly and semi-monthly payrolls • Enter all payroll and pension GL reports to the general ledger• Maintain hourly employees’ time clock punches• Administrate all company benefits: medical, dental, life, disability, HSA, FSA and 401(k) - including enrollments, billing, issues with claims and COBRA. • Track paid time off and all employee leave (FMLA included)• Assist managers in recruiting and interviewing potential new hires• Administer worker’s compensation claims• Assist with safety program including drug free workplace program• Maintain files and fuel program for entire fleet of company vehicles• Assist with background checks and other compliances relating DOT regulations• Manage EVerify processing
