As a Sr Staff Project Manager at Seagate Technology, I leverage my CSCP and PMP credentials and over 10 years of experience in supply chain and project management to deliver successful new product introduction (NPI) programs and process improvements. I work with cross-functional teams and external suppliers to plan, execute, and deliver quality products that meet customer expectations and generate revenue. Creating innovative solutions through my analytical and problem-solving skills I mitigate risks and issues, optimize material and capital forecasts, and establish comprehensive business plans and strategies. I am known for my professionalism and advanced communicate skills to effectively and proactively engage with all stakeholders at various levels including C-suite, ensuring alignment, transparency, and accountability. My goal is to create results, solutions, opportunities, connections, high quality teams and other leaders in my career pursuits that achieve excellence and innovation. I am also certified Yoga Instructor, with a mission to honor the whole person through the practice - body, mind and soul.
