In my current role, as Senior Client Manager, I specifically deal directly with the Boards of Trustees for our block of union-sector self-insured health benefit plans. I empower these Trustees with any and all information and statistics related to the operation and financial health of their plan while keeping them updated on all relevant areas of the benefit industry landscape so that they can make educated and informed decisions on plan design and opportunities to improve their plan members’ experience, ensuring their plan meets their members’ needs. Exceptional customer service, whether this be a plan member’s experience or a Trustee’s experience, is my top priority. We are an organization that has been in this business for over 60 years, and we remain a company that prides ourselves on personally knowing our clients and giving them the impression that they are our only client.
