Not all of us know exactly what we want to do when we grow up. For me, I knew I loved the idea and experience of learning so, naturally, I felt led to a career in education. Over time and due to life experiences and shifts I moved out of the field of education and into a semi related field of youth programs, with a focus in day camps, as I became the director of youth programs for a swim and athletic club. There the organizational, process seeking, budgeting, long range planning, data driven side of me got to share space with the people oriented side. After some time, life shifted once again and I found myself still asking what do I want to do when I grow up. Through happenstance, fringe connections, and right time right place conversations, I found myself landing in the world of market research and eventually finding my home in healthcare research. At L&E Research I get the privilege of being part of a team that provides both healthcare professional and patient/caregiver population recruiting services for studies. I get the unique experience of partnering with both established companies within the industry as well as those just starting out, and helping them discover why L&E is the partner they need as they make their way through the complexities of medical market research. My love of learning, people focus, and logistical, process seeking selves have all finally found a shared space together at L&E Research.
