I mainly deal with the group hotels around the UK. I work closely with them to identify their needs and assist them in finding the right candidates to fill their vacancies. I ensure that each and every candidate has been profiled and outline the position to them before sending over details to my clients, thus saving my clients the hours of trawling through job applications until a potential candidate is found. As we only put forward the right candidates for the right roles, many of our candidates are offered the position at their first interview. I work with different types of candidates who are looking for their next challenge, from Commis Chefs to Head Chefs and Front Of House positions. Many of these candidates have experience in rosette establishments and the rest are happy to continue cooking and serving good quality fresh food. Whatever their goals, I work with them to find the right position for them and help them prepare for interviews so that they have the best possible chance of securing a new role which is exactly what they are looking for. For those candidates who are better suited to independent properties, I direct them to my colleagues who are best suited to help find the job to meet their needs.
