Huntington Northwell Health hospital prides itself on Customer satisfaction. This includes patients, doctors and all staff members. As a staff member I educated patients on procedures to follow before surgery. In order to be accurate, patients were asked to repeat what was told of them. Greeting patients and family members to the unit and and educating them as to what to expect and in the the time frame helped to them all to feel comfortable. As long as the patient and family members are comfortable the rest of the day should run smoothly. As a part time library clerk, customer service skills are essential. In order to properly assist a customer, they must recognize the helpful and friendly staff assisting them.Throughout the many years and numerous positions held at Geico, my experience includes customer service, sales, claims examiner and Supervisor in many departments.
