- Network and conduct business development activities for branch growth - Increase the deposit and loan base of the banking center - Solicit new customers and retain profitable customer relationships - Establish and cultivate relationships with COI’s for expanded business development efforts - Originate and process mortgage loans for assigned branch locations - Provide guidance of mortgage products and services for assigned branch locations - Utilize extensive sales, service, and credit lending knowledge to develop staff - Consult on various task force groups regarding processes, procedures and product development - Control costs and operating losses; generate service charge income - Ensure compliance with regulations, policies, safety and security procedures - Responsible for integrity of Branch operations - Mentor and develop new employees - Participate in ongoing training initiatives
