Worked with various department heads and the project management company regarding project’s status, cost and who would obtain ownership upon completion.Calculated and posted the monthly retirement entry to the general ledger and verifying the cash balance reconciled to the Treasurer’s Department cash balance.Recorded the receipt of the monthly Sales and Use collection into MUNIS. Served as the Fixed Asset subject matter expert during the conversion from the County’s mainframe system to the Enterprise Resource Planning software MUNIS (Municipal Information System). Reconciled the Fixed Asset Module to the General Ledger post conversion.
