As a mother of two children and 20+ years as a business professional, I appreciate those individuals who try to find the balance of family, work and managing a healthy lifestyle. After many years of working on my nutrition and fitness goals through marathon running strength training, and more recently bodybuilding/powerlifting (while balancing work and family), I am living out my passion by sharing it with others. Building Integrated Fitness of Epping allows me to assist the community and spread the knowledge I have acquired in the fitness field to help others become healthier and live fuller lives. Identifying individual goals and helping achieve them is what I enjoy doing best, and I welcome the opportunity to assist anyone who is committed to improving their fitness.

Manage new and existing advertising partnerships with manufacturers and agency contacts. Analyze reporting to identify modifications needed for each campaign. Maximize overall performance within the retailers across the Searchandise network to attain advertiser goals/objectives.
