Credential Initial and Reappointment medical staff applications.

• Member of RCG Meditech 6.15 core conversion team.• Training of Patient Financial Services staff in Meditech 6.15 software upgrade.• Coordinates commercial, workers’ compensation, Medicare Advantage plans and secondary insurance billing to expedite payment, process claim denials to secure payment of accounts.• Responds to patient account inquiries.• Manage accounts with total averaging $1.5 million dollars.• Coordinates account activity, as necessary, from time of admission to ensure timely billing to third party payers.• Bill and/or rebill accounts by electronic transmission, mail or fax when required to expedite payment.• Coordinates with all other departments necessary to resolve questions relating to charges on accounts.• Maintaining confidentiality regarding HIPAA policy and regulations.• Abide by and promote FMCH’s mission, values, Standards of Behavior, policies, procedures, compliance, infection control and safety. Provides assistance to visitors, customers and patients throughout the facility and support of safe practices.

Provide customer service support to over 400 Cooperative Extension Volunteers, including:• Communicate and work effectively with a diverse audience, including: youth and adult volunteers, farmers, elected officials, etc.Manage county programs, including:• Conducting annual 4-H program for approximately 65 public and private school classrooms, including volunteer/teacher training, organizing a 4-week educational program, providing continuous customer support and creating and implementing a post-evaluation process for program improvement. • Organize annual awards program for approximately 100 youth and adult volunteers.• Coordinate district event for 19 counties, with over 250 youth and 100 adult volunteers attending at the local college campus facilities.• Coordinate summer programming for 100 youth and 25 volunteers with approximately $10,000 budget.• Coordinate and assist with annual fundraiser, with approximately 300 in attendance and raising approximately $20,000 for a local charity.Responsible for program financial and reporting activities:• Managing 4-H Endowment account over $15,000.• Compile and enter annual ES-237 federal report to ensure Title VI and Title IX demographic and diversity equality.• Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable/Cash disbursements.• Monthly financial reports.
