Product Development of soft goods at Apple. Identified, cultivated and developed new relationship with third party vendors to fill merchandise voids at Apple retail. Created new assortment in 4 month time frame with new third party vendors.

Merchandise all product lines for JudeFrances Jewlery and Lulu Avenue by JudeFrances. Work with Designer to ensure all categories are represented and target margins are met. Responsible for the Sales Team productivity and profitability. Developed budgets and sales goals to ensure sales are being acheived and product is correct to meet budget requirements. Responsible for all areas of marketing for the company including, but not limited to, designing national advertising campaigns, in store promotions, client gifts, email campaigns and sales contests.

Oversaw all aspects of creating this start up direct selling company. Worked with software company to create complete online package for sales consultants, including compensation programing, back office features, shopping cart capabilities to the overall branding and look of website. Responsible for all sales and acheived $1 Million in sales the first six months. Oversaw all creative branding products from brochures, packaging, promotional items.

Worked in all areas of company. Last position was Senior Vice President of Design and Merchandising. Worked exclusively with Marie Gray, Founder and Head Designer, to ensure that the product mix was perfect. Was responsible for entire design staff and design production ranging from working with the yarn twisiting factory and dye factory ensuring the perfect color was produced, to the final sample. Worked with jewerly factory on all accutrements and findings to ensure perfection. Was responsible for the final production samples of fit and quality of every piece produced.
