Current• Managing reception area, greeting and assisting staff & visitors in a professional manner.• Organising office systems and keeping up to date with the property market.• Developing, improving and maintaining an efficient electronic and hardcopy filing system for the property team.• General PA duties and filing.• Answering phone calls and responding to emails promptly. • Diary management - booking viewings for letting and sales properties. • Preparing paperwork for let and sold properties and brochures for properties.• Preparing daily cheque and cash lodgements for bank.• Processing rental payments via online banking.Skills Required:Good time management, attention to detail, ability to prioritise work by importance & urgency, excellent communication & client service skills.
