Phone, Outlook Calendar, Emails, Fax, spreadsheets, data entry, supply room orders and distribution, mail gather and distribution, Icon time clock daily updates of staff hours, assist managers and executive director and RN on documents faxes etc and other duties as needed.

My position is being illuminated due to company restructure. General office duties for Adult Foster Care Group Homes. I handle phone calls and work with the managers of the homes and the executive director in all forms of office duties. I was the only person in the office it self so a variety of duties were involved in the day to day operations.

I left this position to gain Heath Care coverage. I was the front person to the office. Handled all duties required in the insurance industry.
